Approach
I began with a UX audit, analyzing the existing app experience through usability heuristics and reviewing user feedback. I then conducted task-based testing and user interviews to uncover pain points—such as confusing category structures, lack of real-time inventory updates, and a complicated checkout process leading to high user drop-off rates, cart abandonment, and poor reviews related to navigation and usability.
The goal was to identify friction points in the user journey and create a more intuitive, seamless experience for customers—from browsing to checkout.
